That’s assuming you’re lucky enough to even have someone who cares enough to bother to hospitalize you. Many of us don’t.
Dont hate the player, hate the game.

the authorities care if they think its gonna be a suicide

Only if they would be considered responsible for not helping. Don’t confuse taking action to avoid responsibility with care.

Your mental health is in better shape than you think it is. I'm guessing they removed a townhouse that was sharing the side wall and that's why it looks like that, but re-building that side wall might do the trick, plus your mental health might win a couple of access points, a window or two. Maybe even a nice small balcony (if city ordinances allow it).
So cheer up bud, no signs of structural fatigue means you just need a new facade ;) 👍️🤜🙆♀️🎸🏴☠️🫡🚀😎

Hospitalization is not the end of things. It can be a start of a new life if you really can’t cope with the old one. Take me for an example.
I always ignored my personal boundaries and that stress was slowly killing me. During an especially stressful time in my early 30s i started the equivalent of force feeding myself up to 10k calories a day, smoking weed 24/7, and was suicidal as fuck. The only thing that got me out of that situation (outside of a possible suicide) was voluntary hospitalization.
I won’t lie, the meds are not a very pleasant thing in general (although not feeling anything was a large improvement above what i experienced before!). But without getting stabilized in a stationary stay, i would never had the possibility of starting the necessary changes to make sure i could rebuild my life in a way that i could cope with long term.
