What privacy protecting steps are you taking? Generally it’s turning those off. The more normal you look the more likely to get past cloudflare.
But if cloudflare just has that IP hard blocked then you’re SOL. Find an IP that’s not.

Doubt it, because that would defeat the purpose of using a CDN as your security boundary.
No. CDNs are implemented on the server-side of the equation. They aren’t something the client can choose to use (or not to use).
I run up against this all too frequently. And would love an answer.
