I mean, what would happen to it after it hit the ground. Would it get eaten by an animal, bacteria, or fungi? Would it just dry out, degrade in the sun, and become dirt?
What happens to a snot rocketed?
Does it dry up
like a raisin in the sun?
Or fester like a sore—
And then run?
Does it stink like rotten meat?
Or crust and sugar over—
like a syrupy sweet?
Maybe it just sags
like a heavy load.
