Reform UK’s two biggest donors have each handed the party a record-breaking £36m
The figure is more than the total received by all UK political parties last year…
British cryptocurrency billionaire Ben Delo said he was making his £36m donation to create “a level playing field” with other parties - and ensure that Reform is given a “fair fight” at the polls in the next general election. Fellow crypto entrepreneur Christopher Harborne swiftly followed suit on Saturday, netting Reform UK £72m in the space of two days.

Do people voting Reform ever wonder why the ultra rich put all their money behind Reform and Restore?
Do they not see that if the group of people who hoard all of the wealth to the detriment of voters, its probably so they can hoard more wealth, therefore making their conditions worse?

Sole of the Reform supporters I’ve come across see it as a sign of success. They see more donations to “their team” as positive regardless of where the money comes from or what strings are attached to it.

Their worldview is defined by cognitive dissonance. Logic doesn’t work on them.

I think this is a dangerous view to hold. It feels nice to tarnish them like this but it leaves open the risk of never actually allowing us to understand their motives.
A large swathe of the media did this with Brexit, and those dragons were never put back into their cage.

I think they do see it, but they see themselves as realists; some of them see it as refreshing that the corruption of democracy is out in the open rather than being hidden.

But until it’s too late, they get to feel a semblance of power and control in their insecure fear led lives…

Nope, not about anything. I’ve talked to them, they haven’t got a clue how anything in government works, but they believe Farage when he tells them that they should be angry about it.
