Anyone else skeptical of this news story? Before people say "you can drown in an inch of water!" yeah, if you're unconscious, but this story's really pushing believability.

The news story is from 3 days ago. Also canals in the UK don’t have strong currents and the max depth where he drowned was only 5 foot in the middle, even shallower near the sides. Nearly all canals in the UK are only about 1 metre deep in the middle. Look it up and look up photos of drained canals in the UK if you don’t believe me lol

Multiple civilian witnesses who also tried to help him. Don’t really see what is suspicious about this.

  The same witnesses who ever so conveniently didn’t say why the man didn’t stand up, even though they were watching him? Not all news stories are real, and for all we know, these witnesses were all made up.
