If the BBC lose, they should send individual pound coins via Evri, and if they don’t all turn up then Evri should have to pay it all back.

I dreaded seeing that Hermes was delivering my package when I ordered something, it was most likely going to get lost, delayed or damaged.

Changing the name to Evri changed nothing, still the worst delivery company I have come across.

A guy I worked with had a lot of orders delivered by Hermes and he said most of his deliveries arrived opened.

Maybe instead of suing, they could stop and think “Why is our company so bad that Panorama has to make a programme about us?”.

They know why it’s so bad. The last time they go so much shit, they completely rebranded the company to get away from the name Hermes. This is about stopping the message and sending a warning. Unfortunately for them, the Streisand Effect is real.

They had to rebrand from Hermes because everyone associated their name with lost and damaged parcels. Now we associate the name Evri with that. The new name works better, as in “we throw Evri parcel”
