Uh… not sure what 3 things you bought, totaling $12.70, that you have to be mad about. 3 individual onions maybe? 3 medium sodas? 3 pairs of socks?
I think they’re referring to the fact that $12.70 isn’t evenly divisible by 3. However they seem to have forgotten sales tax, at least that’s my guess
