Lawyers for the Tates said the brothers had offered to be interviewed by Bedfordshire police in Romania and had undertaken to give up £20,000 each if they revealed the names of their accusers in the UK.
They didn’t just try to get the names, they tried to bribe the police for the names.
so they can dox them and have right winger s harrass the victims til they give up on suing or charges.
Why do they say they want the women’s names? It’s not made clear in the article.
My guess is it won’t be an apology.

I understand that. I just wonder how they are explaining this to the courts. I doubt it’s “We want to know who grassed us so we can make sure snitches get stitches, m’lud!”

The fact that they don’t know makes this so much more wildly disturbing.
That means they’ve hurt deeply so many people that they can’t narrow it down. Holy shit.
