I played the demo at Nintendo live. It’s pretty fun, still just a Mario platforming game. Nothing that groundbreaking like some reviews would have you believe.

Be interesting to see what it’d get if you took the Mario textures off and it was reviewed as just the game itself instead of the branding, I saw all the 9/10, 10/10 and it’s just standard for any reviewer and Nintendo.

Only heard great things so far. Convinced me to check Target and Wal-Mart on my home from work today to see if I can snag a copy

I beat it 3days ago and it’s was alright. I did feel like it needed less of the talking flowers and more power up variety

To be honest, its kind of expensive for what it is. I hope to get it on discount or wait for a very long time.

Nintendo? You’re going to wait a very, very long time.

Meh the local places make it cheap after the first month or so.

I was gonna say “Nice, I’m looking forward to this!” but it’s already out so I just have to wait for someone to upload a dump of it 😊 New Super Mario Bros was probably my favorite SMB game, it’s on par with Super Mario World.

God nsmb was so good, wonder is easy second for me now though… they put so much emotion and love into every level and it makes them feel so alive

Nice! Glad to hear that, sadly I don’t have my friend here to play it with since I just moved 1300 miles from him.

I can’t wait to receive my pre-ordered one in the mail!

I’m pretty happy with it. I feel like Nintendo took a lot inspiration from Yooka-Laylee and the impossible lair.
Which I’m okay with since that was the best 2D platformer in a long time. The idea of unlocking new abilities for use in stages and backtracking. Plus the interactive world map. Though I feel like YL took that idea a little farther.
