Honestly, my favourite thing about lemmy is being able to recognize some users by name
Yup! There’s so few of us that you can actually recognize people
Agreed. In addition, at least on Voyager for Lemmy, you can see your net upvotes for each user next to their name. So it’s nice to see so many names I recognize and have a quick visual sense of how much I’ve already interacted with them
It’s mostly people posting I recognize. The comments are always new people
