The Epoch Times is a tabloid run by the crazy Falun Gong cult.
Also, if you’re a Roman Catholic layperson, you are in no position to oppose the Church.

As a layperson, it is our job to challenge the church. Otherwise, the church loses credibility by dipping its toes in politics.

I'm aware that The Epoch Times is run by people affiliated with the Falun Gong cult, and has connections to China as well. However, I have yet to come across them spreading misinformation, so I figured this was worth sharing.
I don't check Epoch Times because they used to lock their articles behind logins and/or memberships, I found this article because it was on The Drudge Report.
