This headline and quote seem to be missing something. So they were charged with murder for not showing?
There are teens. They’re charged with a murder. The murder is of Melbourne boys. The teens refused to attend court.
Why did they get the option to not attend?
I went with the auto recommended title and provided part of the brief summary at the top of the article, it’s not too long a read, and the related articles should be linked on the left sidebar on the abc site.
