It could be AI but may just have several turning axels at both ends. A lot of oversized semi truck trailers in Europe have turning axels at the rear to get around corners.

The Soviets made a 12 axle vehicle, it used a gas turbine to generate electric power for 24 electric motors, mounted on each wheel

Either this exists and is at least drivable at low speed in a straight line, or the North Koreans have done a much better job than usual of creating the illusion that this is so.

I’m not saying North Korea isn’t the best country in the world or than Kim Jung Un isn’t a glorious leader, but the comments to that video do smell of AI.
