  I think what’s happening there is that top right is your current settings (autodetected probably) and the dialog is the whished settings. It shows “Austria” because it’s the first country on the selection list, ordered alphabetically.

      The Australian flag is just your detected locale, but probably there’s no Australian shop to jump to.

      I mean, I think I get where they are coming from but of course if it has us wondering what it means, it’s still bad UI.
