Yeah, the problem was not doing this from the jump. This is how everyone should work for their capitalist overlords all the time: Do exactly what your job is, during your scheduled working hours. Do it well, and go home.
They're always going to try to take advantage of you. Don't let them.

I agree.
Unions aren’t enough to fix the fucked up system that benefits free at the expense of the many, but it’s a good place to start.

The union that they’re already in should have had them doing this already. And posting it like “We’ll return to greater exploitation later.”
