I’m going to try and hop on 20m in my high-noise floor area (lots of EMI) and try to QSO on 10-12W.
I suppose I should practice Morse code, too.
How about you?

I was thinking of bringing a meshtastic device up on vacation just to see what is out there.
I need to practice Morse again. I did a Morse class a while back, but haven’t practiced since. I’ve been wanting to build a radio, but I’m still looking at circuits. So my key has just been sitting there for like a year.
Same. I did CWOps beginner. I got the pocket radio and tiny keyed. My setup is so thin I should totally be jamming Morse every day and yet… I haven’t.
CWOps is what I did, too. Going to sign up for another one, but am thinking about straight key century club this time around. I really enjoyed the company, though. We had a good group of people.
Probably just join the local vhf round, they are pretty chill people. Sadly, I don’t have much time
“Do what you can, from where you are, with what you’ve got.”
Yeah, I just want to stay in contact with them, maybe get some local radio news. I am pretty lucky that there are a bunch of local chapters of which most seem to be nice people.
Im new to RF and just got myself and Rtlsdr. im gonna try and tune into the stations at my local airport
I’m gonna go work on my encrypted VHF/UHF mode then maybe DF some [censored] HTs
