    Cardinal getting his call right is an existential issue regarding reproductive fitness. Even if he could comprehend judging terminal internetites he wouldn’t place it as significant.

      Correct, it also could have been a call for a predator approaching. In other words, life or death.

        which is why we humans were smart about it and standardized the “predator approaching” call as “RUN, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA”
