  I went to Brunnie to shop for some extra jumpers and walking past the NQR window I noticed boxes of packets of Beef Flavoured Instant Porridge . It has no meat, only meat flavour. Indeed. That’s called Gruel. They are now selling gruel on Sydney road. 🫴🥣
