The Supreme Court has previously struck down similar legislation as unconstitutional
People should be allowed to burn the flag. I do consider it fighting words though. So if someone else kicked the shit out of them. I wouldn’t care but the police shouldn’t be arresting people over it.
Nah arrest violent people.
Cops can’t be everywhere. Fighting words are not protected under the 1st amendment. We need to move back to a polite society. Part of why society is failing is we allow people to annoy other people which holistically wasn’t allowed.
