The closer we get to the series' return, I'm wondering this too.
I've been watching the original series off and on for a few years. I haven't finished it, but it's timeless.

And John Mahoney’s no longer with us. Over all there is nothing of note, nothing exciting in this reboot. Hard pass for me as well.
