    Rape is a crime. This was a civil trial. Civil trials don’t prove guilt.

      He lost two cases against her for defamation related to the sexual assault. May be civil, but if you don’t care that civil cases don’t prove guilt, then I guess it means ABC didn’t actually do anything wrong then.

  I’m shocked Trump settled for just $15m. I know he doesn’t care about the money (he’s turning down his presidential salary) but this case feels bigger than just $15m.
