    Dismissing the counterclaim, a judge in New York, Lewis A Kaplan, said that when Carroll repeated her allegation that Trump raped her, her words were “substantially true”. Kaplan also set out in detail why it may be said that Trump raped Carroll.

      Civil vs criminal. Rape is criminal. It isn’t a civil issue.

      Saying Trump raped someone is false. That’s why they had to pay 15 million dollars. Read the article.

        I read the article and many others after following the trial. The only reason it was sexual assault and not rape was because in New York rape involves penetration with a penis and sexual assault with anything else. She couldn’t say for sure if it was a stubby finger or a tiny penis so it was sexual assault.

        The only people who don’t believe that Trump is a serial rapist are cultists rapist apologists
