Technically, you could die and be recovered. I'm not sure why they'd want to know about something so specific, though.
If the afterlife has bureaucracy, I'm going to ask to speak to the manager.

Who wouldn’t want to know? They probably invite all the people that say yes to a party and serve beer and popcorn and have everyone tell their stories. That’s what I would do.

Yes, actually. A few times, no joke. I just had the quick help of those around me to make sure I didn’t stay dead.

Its to catch people who are just clicking yes on everything.

There’s an ongoing medical study I’ve been participating in for the last several years. Each year, the questionnaire asks all kinds of crazy questions like if I’ve ever died or ever been shot in the head, among others. If one is actually unsure, perhaps the answer is actually “yes” lol

I’ve been involved in an accident that resulted in my living, does that count?

Answer “no”. Next question: “would you like to have one?”

I once accidentally thought a girl in my class put her hand up for a high-five but was very confused when I put my hand up to give her one. I died on the inside. It was death by cringe I tell you.
