    The majority of the air you exhale is Nitrogen. Guinness has CO2 dissolved in it not Nitrogen. It will make no difference to the amount of Nitrogen you exhale.

        Nitrogen doesn’t dissolve in the beer though like CO2 does.

      Guinness is primarily nitrogen, not CO2.

    nitrogen has much lower solubility in water than carbon dioxide, so it will be much less volume at any rate
