In order to ensure the administrator doesn’t run wild, the administrator has to be satisfied that the administrator is acting in the interests of members.
Great system.

Oh no! What will all the ford ranger owners do now? Coincidentally the governments just passed a law that’ll keep less bodies out of the Yarra.
So I used to be a tradie. Been to lots of construction sites
Unpopular opinion, but a lot of the CFMEU are bullies.
I know people who stuck CFMEU stickers on their helmets simply to stop getting bullied by them. A CFMEU guy told me off once for sitting on the ground COMPLETELY out of the way of everyone eating lunch (he was clearly letting me know who was in charge)…
There were stories onsite of bikies running “lotteries” and such too.
Also, if you weren’t part of the union, you had trouble getting onto union sites…
I’m for Unions (and very left leaning)… But, my experience with the CFMEU showed they were nothing except abusive unless you kissed their arse

It’s funny because I can’t even see the LNP coming up with something this bad.

Labor is always the one to introduce union busting laws that the conservatives run hard on when they get back in power. This will end up costing Labor dearly.
