I think they could easily just pull out of a regular spot?
Also, the firefighter I know has a little alarm thingy they can put on their roof to get traffic to move

I can get 8-10 with my car and trailer if I'm really trying. Minumum of 2 if I can pull through and don't feel like I'll be blocked from turning out, 3 if I can only use one side and really try to minimize it.
