Late addition: Iâm grateful for aloe vera. Such an odd little plant, but it makes burns feel better, thatâs why I have 3 pots of it đ
Love it.
Packing of clothing waiting for me at my desk at work! Canât wait to get home and have a good look through it all!
I have a package waiting for me which I think will be my shoes. Plus it also has a cutter (bought to get me over the minimum spend!) which should be helpful in opening all the other packages which are currently enroute.
My hard drive dock from Amazon arrived, so I can hopefully get everything off of it and onto the new one now.
Related: Amazon seem to do 2 runs a day now, so Iâll either receive my orders around midday or around 7pm. Today I fell into the morning run, so I can get my stuff sorted early(er)!
music time đśđŚ just some instrumental music for doing work The Batman. This is awesome, so full of tension, fear, and then some pathos too. 10/10 www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvXZurAwZ_A&list=PLBKadB9âŚ
Love that OST.

this box is truly proving a meat filled pumpkin rolled into my enclosure.
pfsense is a no go as this little bastard runs a celeron, but I may still possibly use it as the mesh router for openwrtâŚif I could get it to recognise any of the boot disksâŚ

Havenât kept up if youâve made earlier posts on this⌠but pfsense wonât run on a celeron? Is that because of the BSD-ness of it all? TIL.
Iâm running it on a total overkill 6th-gen i5 but thought the requirements were pretty lightweight. Depends on what you need to do with it I guess! Iâve also got the thing doing DNS, DHCP, ntopng and incoming VPN and the thing still sits at basically idle.
Are the requirements any lighter for opnsense? Still BSD though I guess, if thatâs the issue. Itâs been years since Iâve looked at this stuff, I had lots of stability issues on opnsense but it may have improved now.
I -have- found that yelling at it, followed by some percussive maintenance, sometimes helps.

I have an old Qualys Sensor Appliance II. Was gonna turn it into a pfsense firewall, but itâs reporting the CPU doesnât support long mode (no 64bit architecture) which is why itâs out. OpenWRT has continued with 32bit support for longer, kinda its deal, so Iâm thinking the box could become the core router for the openwrt mesh Iâm building from scavenged tech. All their âboot disksâ however are not booting. booo. booo.
