I have a tendency of nuking my system now and then and therefor have a pretty solid strategy for fresh installs.
I’d recommend you think of something like that as well and then just do the upgrade. If it breaks, you’ll still be able to do the fresh install.
I’ve always just taken the updates, versus a fresh install. But then again, I’ve always waited like a week or two after the release before doing so.
Take some time to figure out what packages you need and how long it’ll take to recreate those. If not too crazy then do the fresh install. Obviously back up all your shit and save any relevant configurations
Maybe just uninstall your bloatware?
Fresh install on fresh hardware and it’ll be super fresh.

Don’t forget the inst.sdboot .
Fedora f41 is right around the corner, hang on a few days/couple weeks?!
