Yes it’s ethical. People really don’t understand basic economics and you can ignore them.
Legal isn’t moral. Economics don’t make right.
Consuming more than you require intentionally could be seen as unethical. You can see this all over society.
I agree but this is not overconsumption.
Oh, 100%. He’s a person living in a house. He doesn’t need to add his extra room to the housing market. If he does, that’s just extra supply and that’s good.
I have a large basement. I don’t think it’s immoral to not rent it out.
