Funny, my first time trying it was while visiting the Middle East
That just sounds like a very Midwestern US thing. Corn and root vegetables? That’s all the way Midwestern.
I haven’t seen anything like that on a pizza since I moved to the midwest. They do seem obsessed with pickles though.
Of all the obsessions one could have. Pickles are a good one.
