    Nope, its a hypothetical. They asked a real question, with no implication of actually carrying out the action. The question is how likely you would be to get away with it. Hypothetical questions about illegal activity (especially one as obviously not serious as this) is not a stupid question, or one that should be frowned upon.

      Rule 2 of this community is that the questions can’t be about something illegal. Trespassing and destruction of property are illegal. It doesn’t matter if its hypothetical.
