It isn’t an energy drink, because it doesn’t have caffeineor sugar. The producer calls it a “hydration drink” which I suppose is somehow different from a “drink”.

1: the guys making it have a minimum purchase every month.
2: they keep selling less than that, costing them money.
3: charitable gifts are tax deductible

It wouldn’t, but the energy drink version isn’t what’s in the picture anyways; it’s basically Gatorade but sweeter
