Hard disagree on “decent movies” as a justification. But like you said to each his own. At least uncut diamonds tried.

counselwolf@lemmy.dbzer0.com 10 months agoto each his own I guess. He’s not my favourite actor, not even my favourite comedy actor (that goes to the late Robin Williams). But he makes decent movies, especially his old ones. The new ones, especially if produced by his studio Happy Madison, are formulaic and bland.
Why do you hate him with fiery passion?

I find his brand of humor crass. But that’s true about most movies from the US.
