Honestly that’d most of McPeake’s staff. They have the gov contracts for all (or almost all) government owned houses (including the housing commission flats and child protection properties), so they act with immunity. I don’t know whether they’re stuck in a long contract, there’s some kind of kickback system happening, or what, but they do really low quality work
