It might open an unwanted can of worms but maybe the drivers could claim they aren’t signing along to the radio but are vocalizing actions like Japanese train operators to ensure focus and safety.

I mean…if they’re signing along to the radio, I’d say that’s really dangerous and needs to be cracked down on! Can’t sign sign language with both hands on the wheel after all!
Singing should be absolutely fine though.
