PraiseTheSoup@lemm.ee 10 months agoIf you’re gonna “do the math” for someone you should probably do it correctly. I don’t know where you got this figure from. In 2022, McDonald’s employed 200,000 people. There are 2080 working hours (52 weeks * 40 hours) in a year.
200,000 * 2080 * 5 = $2.08 billion
Of course, this is still an affordable amount of money for McDonald’s, but it is significantly more (about 8 times) than what you say it is.
