  Last mainline TES game is a decade old and Fallout 4 is also nearing that decade. Meanwhile almost all games in OPs list have released in the last decade.

  There’s Obsidian but besides them I really can’t come up with another good RPG studio from the US.

    GTA and RDR have zero decision making or conversation options or skill trees. They are open world action games that took some design notes from open world RPGs.
