is this a bad thing? Iâve got a college who ignores us IRL and over teams.
Iâd take a longer who at least replies on teams to the rude bastard Iâve got in my office.

If not, youâre safe.
I think in the two weeks leading up to his holiday, I was the only person who spoke with him.

Itâs not a bad thing overall, but it does depend on the reasons. This bloke is just hard work and irritates kind of everyone. Harder to irritate in writing.
ah fair enough. Isnât him actively avoiding everyone kind of a good thing then? Or is it more just a âdragging down the overall moodâ type deal?
I think I wasnât too clearâŠwe all avoid him cause heâs irritating. If he calls anyone, itâs usually ignored and messages and emails get sent.
And he definitely brings everyoneâs mood down.

I have been burned many times from not having stuff clearly in writing. While I donât personally have a problem with communicating face-to-face, I absolutely understand why someone would.

Hey look, all my âofficialâ comms are in writing of some form. I was talking about regular chats and such. No one wants to talk him cause heâs just rude and irritating.
Nath@aussie.zone âš4â© âšmonthsâ© ago
Ahh. I had it backwards. I thought he avoided everyone else.

Yeah sorry, I realized my statements were unclear :)
We WISH he avoided people, although maybe heâll start getting the message shortly.
