  I’d think at university you’d learn the difference between formal and informal communication, but I’ve learned a lot about the quality of the education system after teaching a few years.

      It’s also been used for hundreds of years, it’s not a post-internet concept.

      The t might be a youtube title, or it might be quoted Greek or Latin text. Or various other uses in between.
