Real mutton ham is delish - its a leg of lamb/hogget/two tooth thatâs been salted and smoked like pig ham. Very hard to find and bloody expensive as not much is made. The tinned mutton ham is a nice sandwich meat with a different flavour profile to regular ham, but has all that salty smoky cancerous goodness. Comes in a pale yellow tin with foreign writing on it. Try asian grocers.
Celery can get in the bin. If I want watery crunch Iâll go for cucumber every time cos less stringy bits.

I use celery in bolognese sauce, in minestrone and sliced very thinly in salads. I use the leaves finely chopped in place of parsley as itâs the same thing.
