I was going to suggest investigating varieties of tea, but the flavours might not be as bold as some might want.
Coffee. Go down the “which roast”, “which grind”, “which brew” rabbit hole. There are done stunning coffees out there.

I got addicted to David’s Tea because of their amazing variety of teas. And with a loose tea it’s easy to make the flavour as strong or weak as you like.

A great rabbit hole! But for me, the caffeine is part of my morning wake up routine, so I have to have something different for my evening cool down.
I’m loving the ideas on this thread!

A nice filter roast cold drip, lots of ice, in a whisky glass. Lots of fruit and berry flavours to be found!

Be careful though, caffeine takes 12 hours for your body to process. If you have sleep trouble it is likely to impact your quality of sleep even if you feel like caffeine doesn’t affect you.
