Maybe I’m just too literal, but I have no idea what to make of the “no one:” part of these memes. Every time I see it, I feel like the joke works just as well without it.
Yup, it’s completely pointless. It’s supposed to mean that no one was asking for or about something, but then the correct way to put it would be “Everybody:” If no one is saying nothing, then everyone is saying something.

I remember some early iterations makes sense but 99% of them don’t and are extremely unnecessary, even detrimental to the meme.
