MeanElevator@aussie.zone â¨7⊠â¨months⊠agoGood luck, you got this. I managed to quit by drinking bitter green tea. Instead of having a smoke, Iâd make a cuppa and let it steep for too long. After a while I associated the cravings with bitter tea and they somehow went away.

After many, many unsuccessful attempts I had my old GP suggest something like this. After 2 weeks or so, the nicotine addiction becomes psychological and not physical. Just had to trick my brain really.
