Yep, his defense was “I only turned my back for a minute” but when the wife went over to play “Good cop” to my “Pull your head out of your fucking arse you C***!” cop, he admits the dog has issues. So why was it allowed out the front unsupervised at all?

  Farm is different, not in public. Dog parks are generally fenced off, no?
  
  Not having recall/control over a dog and letting is loose is irresponsible.
