I thought Don’t Breathe was better than his Evil Dead reboot but he’s very good at creating tension which is vital for this franchise.

dditty@lemm.ee 8 months agoFede Alvarez has an amazing track record thus far. I am cautiously optimistic about this. Honestly the trailer didn’t even impress me much, but if anyone could do the franchise justice, it’s Fede Alvarez.

The lack of focus on the Xenomorph in the trailer is a good sign at least, imo. Hopefully means they won’t overuse it to the point that it ruins the tension.
