Comment on Americans split on who they trust to do a better job as president: POLL
Bongo_Stryker@lemmy.ca 8 months agoWell it just goes to show the hypocrisy of evangelical and socially conservative voters. Jesus never said anything about gay people but there is a direct quote from Jesus in the book of Matthew about divorce. Trump is on his third wife and was unfaithful at least once if news reports are to be believed.
What a choice: The old and confused current president hands out bombs with one hand and humanitarian aid with the other. The other option is a rapist and criminal up to his eyeballs in debt for his misdeeds. These are symptoms of a system that is breaking down.

Trump has never been convicted of rape. Liberals keep repeating that but it’s a a libelous comment to make. Trump has never been charged with rape

Simping over trump. I wonder how you people will look back in this in 10 or 15 years.
wintermute_oregon@lemm.ee 8 months ago
Facts are not simping. Trump has not been convicted or even charged with rape.
Why do you hate facts? It’s strange how the left lies then thinks if they repeat them lie, someone will believe them.

You don’t need to be convicted in a court to be a rapist, nor to be called a rapist. Convicted in a court requires the highest burden of proof. That’s not the level of proof we require for general discussions, nor is it for who should or shouldn’t be a candidate for president.

“Trump is a convicted rapist” and “Trump is a rapist” are not the same.
He wasn’t convicted due to the statute of limitations (~12 years for rape). We don’t need to have a conviction to know he is a rapist.
So quit the bullshit.

My mistake. I suppose of you asked most Americans if they would vote for a rapist, they’d give you a resounding No.
But what if you ask them, would you vote for a sexually abusive forced digital penetrator? One with a reputation for walking into beauty pageant dressing rooms and dozens of accusations of sexual impropriety going back for years? It seems many Americans would say Yes, uwu!

They voted for Biden, knowing has a pattern of touching women and children inapprorpratly. .t’s an open secret, and women don’t want to be alone with him.

Well yeah, gross. If you want my advice, don’t vote for Biden, but also don’t vote for that other guy. Either way, America loses.

In the state of NY which is where it occurred, he was found to have committed an act that is also described by the term “rape”. The only reason his conviction wasn’t for proper rape is because in NY there is a very narrow definition.
To put it a different way, in many other states committing the same act, would be considered rape.
State borders do not change the ethics of what he did. He’s a rapist, just not according to the State of New York’s definition.

No, he is not a rapist, as he never had sex with that woman, but either way, rape is a crime, and he was not convicted of a crime.
Maybe you should read the difference between civil court and criminal court.
It is funny to see the liberals use the terms all wrong while being so confident. Trump was never charged with a crime. It was a civil claim that was hog wash.

There you go defending the rapist again…
