Comment on If a person gets busted for let's say a 3rd DWI or small bag of weed or something minor, and escapes the county jail. Will they launch a manhunt after you like they do with killers and such?

      Ok jesus. Let’s say he’s walking down the street while high and have a half ounce. The DWI was just an example.
