There are already a few games that REQUIRE galaxy to run, unfortunately.

To be fair, I’ve only seen it with the two more modern games I have on GOG and neither have multiplayer. All the actually old stuff doesn’t need Galaxy for squat.

Only for multiplayer, unless I missed something. It’s their biggest glaring omission, but Galaxy is always optional or else their business model falls apart, and I understand that letting the platform take care of the multiplayer was an olive branch developers had been begging for.
