It’s mainly the fact that someone not only came up with this and then pitched it but then it was greenlit.
I just happened to be having a mental breakdown and this shocked me so much it brought me out of a panic attack.

What shocked you? What are we looking at?

So we’re just gonna ignore fuckin dorito flavored beef jerky huh? Aight.

I am not really familiar enough with either product to have developed any strong feelings about them.

I get that but the idea of taking snack food, grinding it into a powder, then coating beef jerky with it is fuckin insane to me.
It’s the kind of combination that only exists as a capitalist marketing tactic in an oversaturated market filled with shit no one asked for or needed.

Mate I have still no idea what the problem is. Should I know that thing or rather what it should look like? I do not.

The product is a bag of Jack Links / Doritos Nacho Cheese Flavored Beef Jerky. Highly processed beef, highly processed cheese, doubly highly branded. It just feels like late stage capitalism. Both of these brands already make low-nutritional-value foods with addictive, hyperpalatable attributes, and here they’re trying to hybridize into some kind of abomination.
People just feel like the world is off its axis, you know?

Isn’t it wild that most people don’t see the issue with the absolutely batshit excesses of capitalism while people are killed by health insurance companies denying necessary surgeries.
It’s like people think everything exists sequestered in its own separate box.

Bro can’t handle snack food.
