AngryCommieKender@lemmy.world 13 hours agoAllowing any cars to drive on the tracks seems dangerous. There was a lady in San Diego that ended up stuck on the trolley tracks like 20 feet in the air. I have no clue how she ended up up there.

TBH, I don’t know. I use team and trolley interchangeably to mean “light rail.” Heavy rail/ full sized rail is what I consider to be a train.

The tram tracks are notoriously dangerous for bikers. Always, always go orthogonal to them, never in parallel. Unless you like shooting off your bike when it’s momentum suddenly stops.
